Cris-Tim Summer Salami is one of the most beloved and most consumed salamis in Romania. Made from a blend of pork and beef, boiled and double-smoked with natural beech wood smoke, it is suitable both for sandwiches and festive meals.

Ingredients: Pork meat, water, pork fat, beef meat, spices and spice extracts, pork animal protein, salt, stabilizers (diphosphates), sugar, natural flavors, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), natural smoke flavor, garlic, coloring (carmine), preservative (sodium nitrite). The product may contain traces of: celery, mustard, milk, lactose.
