Innovative technologies
HIGH PRESSURE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY (HPP)
The newest and most natural method of preserving freshness, allowing us to eliminate preservatives with E indicator from products recipes, while increasing the shelf life of products by 50%.
OZONE STATIONS
The air in our factories is enriched with ozone stations. We prepare the products in fresh air, like in the mountains, preventing contamination with pathogen agents.
WATER PURIFIED BY OSMOSIS
The drinking water used in the manufacturing, washing and sanitation technologies is obtained from our own deep wells and treatment station. After mechanical filtration, the water is subjected to a reverse osmosis filtration process for its purification.
MODERN SLICING AND PACKAGING LINES
Adapted to international retail (vacuum, controlled atmosphere and vacuum-thermo-skin) – for sliced cold cuts and ready meals.
MODERN ULTRAVIOLET SYSTEM
We ensure an additional level of safety through a modern UV-C system, applied to the spaces and technological lines of all products.
