Cris-Tim Napoli Salami is a dry-cured product made from pork and beef, carefully seasoned and smoked with natural beech wood smoke. It is ideal for appetizer platters as well as delicious sandwiches. For 100 g of product, 127 g of meat were used.

Ingredients: Pork meat, beef meat, pork fat, salt, spices and spice extracts, dextrose, natural flavors, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), beetroot extract, preservative (sodium nitrite), starter culture. The product may contain traces of: milk, lactose, mustard.
