Matache Măcelaru’ Head Cheese is made from meat, heart, rind, and tongue. That’s all. Cut into pieces neither too big nor too small and bound in soup, to create a mosaic.

Ingredients: pork meat, water, pork offal (heart), rind, gelatin (pork), spices and spice extracts, dextrose, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), natural flavorings, natural smoke flavor, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg, preservative (sodium nitrite). The product may contain traces of: celery, milk, lactose.
