Matache Măcelaru’s Durdulii Sausages are prepared from large chunks of pork meat and a bit of fat, seasoned with garlic, pepper, and paprika for an authentic flavor. Perfect for the grill or alongside traditional dishes such as sautéed cabbage or pea stew.

Ingredients: Pork meat, water, beef meat, salt, pork fat, pork animal protein, spices and spice extracts, acidity regulator (glucono-delta-lactone), stabilizers (diphosphates), sucrose, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), garlic, thyme, coloring (carmine), preservative (sodium nitrite). May contain traces of: celery, mustard, milk, lactose.
