Cris-Tim Pontic Salami is a premium dry-cured salami, made from a blend of pork and beef, suitable for refined snacks. For 100 g of product, 122 g of meat were used.

Ingredients: Pork meat, beef meat, pork fat, salt, dextrose, spices and spice extracts, beetroot extract, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), natural flavors, garlic, allspice, preservative (sodium nitrite), starter culture. The product may contain traces of: milk, lactose, mustard.
