The Csardas Hot Paprika Salami is a dry-cured salami made from pork, with notes of hot paprika, pepper, and caraway. Mildly spicy, it is smoked with natural hardwood beech smoke and aged for 25 days.

Ingredients: Pork meat, pork fat, soy vegetable protein, salt, spices (paprika, garlic, pepper, caraway), dextrose, antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), hot paprika (0.2%), extracts and oleoresins, flavors, coloring (carmine), preservative (sodium nitrite), starter culture. The product may contain traces of: mustard, milk, lactose.
