Matache Măcelaru’ Haggis is prepared from liver, heart, kidneys, jowl, and pork meat, following the traditional recipe and with expert craftsmanship.

Ingredients: pork meat, pork jowl, pork offal (liver, heart, kidneys), water, spices and spice extracts, herb mix, whole egg powder, milk derivatives, gelling agent (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids esterified with citric acid), salt, milk protein, dehydrated vegetables (onion), preservative (sodium nitrite). The product may contain traces of: celery, mustard, lactose.
