Usually products prepared with mechanically separated meat have lower prices compared with the ones that do not use this method.

Its fine texture and the delicious pork and beef taste make Cris-Tim “Sinaia” Salami an iconic raw-dried salami, smoked with natural beech wood smoke. For 100 g of product, 125 g of meat was used.
