Csardas Hot Paprika Salami is a raw-dried salami, made with pork meat, hot paprika flavour, pepper and caraway, smoked with natural beech wood smoke and matured for 25 days.

Ingredients: Pork meat, lard, soy protein, salt, spices (paprika, garlic, pepper, caraway), dextrose, antioxidant (sodium erythorbate), hot paprika (0.2%), extracts and oleoresins, flavours, colour (carmine), preservative (sodium nitrite), starter culture. The product may contain traces of: mustard, milk, lactose.
