Matache Măcelaru’ Pork Loin is carefully prepared over 12 days, from pork loin awarded in the “Great Taste” category. The loin is left to marinate, then smoked once hot, for the spices to properly infuse, and then once more with cold beechwood smoke. Who else does that?
