<\/p>\nCris-Tim is the first Romanian cold cuts manufacturer with gluten-free certification awareded by the Romanian Gluten Intolerance Association (ARIG). More than half of the products that fall into Cris-Tim, Matache Macelaru\u2019 and Obr\u0103jori brands have been awarded with the international \u201cgluten-free\u201d certification.<\/p>\n
Among the more than 80 products certified with the symbol of a crossed spike are Cris-Tim \u201cS\u0103sesc\u201d Salami Summer Salami, \u201cB\u0103n\u0103\u021bean\u201d Salami, \u201cPotcoava \u201d Salami, Gypsy Filet, Azuga Fillet, Smoked Fillet, Matache M\u0103celaru’ Oltenesti Sausages and Smoked Sausages and many other products. The products in the Obr\u0103jori product range, specially designed for children, are also \u201cgluten-free\u201d certified.<\/p>\n
The products that display this logo are manufactured in an uncontaminated environment, on a production line specially dedicated to this process, using gluten-free ingredients. \u201cSince 2017 when we launched the Clean Label we have highlighted the fact that our products are gluten-free.<\/p>\n

Gluten intolerance in Romania<\/strong><\/p>\n Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten (wheat, rye, and barley protein) ingestion by people with a genetic predisposition.
